Ronald (Ron) Frankcom
Ron passed away suddenly on Monday, July 9th 2018, in his 80th year
It is with great sadness that Springwater Sports Heritage received the news of Ron’s sudden and unexpected passing. In 2016 Ron was inducted into the SSH Hall of Fame with the 1955/56 Elmvale Lions Club Juvenile Ontario Champions. In addition to his valued hockey attributes Ron was known for his multi-sport participation which included curling, baseball and golf. Ron’s esteemed contribution to Springwater sports was mirrored through his active, wide-ranging and generous community contributions. He will be remembered for both what he has added to sport and the community as a whole.
Note: Ron’s Father (Builder) and brother Elvie (Hockey & Fastball Teams) are also SSH Hall of Fame Inductees.
