2024 Hall of Fame Nomination Forms
Nominations are now being received for the 2024 Springwater Sports Heritage Hall of Fame Induction. The deadline for receiving Nominations is Mach 31, 2024.
We encourage nominators to provide as much pertinent information as possible to support their nominee. This material will significantly aid the Hall of Fame selection committee during their deliberation. Copies of newspaper articles, links to supportive websites, biographies or other documentation, associations and individual endorsements will be used to assess the nominee’s achievements.
The 2024 Nominee selection is based on quantifiable elements received. They are designed to be simple to use and will be utilized to aid in gathering broader relevant particulars regarding the nominees. This will assist and benefit both the nominators and the selection committee. Nomination forms for each category (Athlete, Builder & Team) have been designed to include these key elements. The 2024 Induction Guidelines are also very helpful and should provide additional information and support.
Nomination Submission
Springwater Sports Heritage prefers to receive the nominations forms digitally. For those unable to submit their nomination(s) digitally they can still use the traditional mail in or drop off option
