Springwater Sports Heritage sadly adds Ken’s passing to its “In Memory” website segment. His life was characterized by his unwavering dedication to sports, his infectious passion for both baseball and hockey, and his lifelong appreciation for sportsmanship and camaraderie. Ken was proudly inducted into the Springwater Sports Heritage Hall of Fame in recognition of his outstanding achievements with the Minesing Fastball Dynasty Team during their triumphant years from 1974 to 1980. He contributed significantly to the team's success, playing three championship-winning years - 1974, 1978, and 1980 - and securing the OASA Ontario Provincial Championship titles for Minesing in those remarkable seasons. As an avid athlete, Ken possessed a commitment to excellence, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and peers. His love of sports extended beyond the field, where he inspired many with his warm smile, kind heart, and gentle spirit.
