Lynda Ritchie Highlights

1988   Celebration 88 Award given by the Government of Canada through the Ministry of
            Fitness and Amateur Sport to Lynda for her “ significant contributions to amateur
            sport”

1993   Doug McConnell Memorial Trophy for contributing the most to Minor Hockey

2007   Pioneer Award given to Lynda by the Georgian Bay Minor Softball League in
            recognition of her many contributions to Minor Ball

            Earl (Bud) Vollick Trophy was also awarded to Lynda for her contribution to Minor
            Ball

2008   The Philanthropist Award (Minor Ball)

2011   The Eileen Reynolds Memorial Volunteer Award recognizing Lynda's many years
            volunteering for Minor Hockey

2011   The Citizen of the Year

2014   Inducted into the Springwater Sports Heritage Hall of Fame
