Induction Award
From its inception as a Chartered Club in May 1949, the Elmvale District Lions Club has had an extensive and generous history of supporting the development of Community Sport. Lions involvement in the promotion of Sport ranged from project managers, contractors, mentors, planners, partners, leaders, short and long- term financial supporters. As a result, many outstanding individuals and teams benefitted from the Lions enduring commitment and have brought recognition to this community. Beyond individuals, over the years many facilities were initiated/supported/rebuilt and/or updated. These efforts had the effect of extending the variety of Sporting opportunities that became available to the residents of Elmvale and District.
