Induction Award
Following the commencement of her skating lessons, at age five, Alexandra went on to successfully achieve numerous national and international skating accomplishments. Her determination and inherent talent reinforced her throughout an outstanding competitive Ice Dancing career. Alexandra, and her Ice Dance Partner Mitchell Islam, represented Canada at twenty international competitions. In addition to her demanding skating commitments, Alexandra found time to ensure her academic achievements met the same high standards she always aspired to. Following her retirement, she continued with her studies and completed the necessary requirements to be called to the Bar.
