Frank played sixteen years of professional hockey, winning the Stanley Cup three times; Toronto (1913-14), Seattle (1916-17) and Victoria (1924-25). With Seattle, he was the MVP of the Stanley Cup Finals. He was an exceptional scorer and playmaker and was one of the first players to score over 200 goals. Frank was in the first group elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1958 and is also a member of the Barrie Sports Hall of Fame.
