On September 25 and 26, 1964 the J. Lloyd Turner Testimonial was held for "Calgary's Mr. Hockey. A 55 page program was prepared and printed for the Testimonial. A copy of the program is in the James Kerr Collection at the Glenbow Museum in Calgary Alberta.
