Do you know a local legend? We need your help to ensure they get the recognition they deserve.

Tell Their Story We encourage nominators to tell the full story. Don't just fill out the form, bring their achievements to life! Detailed biographies, newspaper clippings, endorsement letters, and links to supportive websites are vital tools that help our Selection Committee truly understand the impact of your nominee.

Springwater Sports Heritage prefers to receive the nominations forms digitally. For those unable to submit their nomination(s) digitally they can still use the traditional mail in or drop off option
